Lentil & Corn Chowder 05/07/2018 LENTIL & CORN CHOWDER Replacing the potato and bacon with lentil, this chowder quickly adds to the protein-count on a Meatless Weekday menu INGREDIENTS: 1 cup lentil (split lentil, either red or yellow) 1 cup corn (if you find fresh corn in the market, then grate the kernels off the cob, otherwise, frozen corn will do. Last resort is to used the canned version) 3 cups vegetable broth or stock + 1 cup on hand if needed to thin the chowder 1 tsp turmeric powder * spice blend :: 1 tsp each
